Deborah A. Bryant is an experienced litigation attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience representing businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in complex commercial disputes throughout New York and New Jersey. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance coverage matters, employment claims, construction litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Bryant earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Binghamton University and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporate Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Ms. Bryant began her legal career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, where she successfully tried numerous jury cases involving personal injury and property claims and defended the City in complex commercial, construction, and civil rights litigation. She later spent more than twenty years at Cullen and Dykman LLP, handling commercial litigation, banking disputes, employment matters, construction claims, insurance coverage litigation, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals in both New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Kim & Bae, Ms. Bryant operated her own law practice and served as Senior Counsel at several respected law firms, concentrating on commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Throughout her career, she has represented clients in state and federal courts, conducted and defended depositions, negotiated settlements, and successfully resolved matters through mediation and arbitration.

Her areas of expertise include commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance coverage litigation, employment law, construction-related claims, banking litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Ms. Bryant is known for providing strategic legal counsel and effective advocacy to both businesses and individual clients.
