Andrew Miller is an experienced litigation attorney. He graduated with B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (with Dean’s List honors) and from the Hofstra University School of Law (as a member of the Labor Law Journal). He was a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey where he prepared bench memos and mediated lawsuits on behalf of Judge Richard Friedman and Judge Paul Kramer in Burlington County.
Mr. Miller then worked as a deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey, Office of the Attorney General, in the Environmental Protection and the Insurance Sections. Mr. Miller has also been an adjunct instructor of political science, teaching courses in American Politics, State and Local Government and Political Philosophy at Temple University, LaSalle University, University of Pennsylvania.
Before joining the law firm of Kim & Bae, Mr. Miller worked as a senior litigation attorney at Eisenberg & Baum, New York City, where he handled civil litigation in mediation, arbitration, state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. His areas of expertise include employment discrimination and labor law, copyright, real estate and insurance coverage, including litigation of appeals.
He has litigated significant media-reported lawsuits such as high-profile sexual harassment cases and an internationally significant copyright infringement action involving the 5Pointz art site in Long Island City.
